Address Parental Issues: From talking to other parents, I was able to figure out that the majority of us want the same things from our children’s educational system; good teachers, good communications, high educational standards, safe and comfortable facilities and a say-so in the direction of our children’s’ educational travels. As a school board trustee, I will constantly gauge the words of parents and tax payers as we continue to support and progress our educational programs.

Wise Financial Decisions: As a trustee, I will support financial choices that give us a positive return on our investments. I will not support items that waste our tax payer’s dollars. Our school system continues to face financial hardship due to massive funding cuts and dropping tax revenues therefore, we must magnify any proposals that require significant funding. I will be a keen watcher over our tax dollars and exercise wise practices in making decisions pertaining to those dollars.
